This is a great option for making at home as well and just throwing in the RV fridge before heading out.
- 1/3 C Yogurt (Greek works best because it’s thick)
- 1/2 C rolled oats
- 2/3 C milk – can be coconut, soy, almond, etc..
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- Optional: From here you can throw anything else you like in, such as 2 Tablespoons of cocoa, chia seeds, flax meal or seeds, hemp seeds, wheat germ, just about anything that you want to boost the health benefits.
Mix it all together and spoon in to a jar or air tight container. You can make as much of this as you like just by multiplying the ingredients. Once you are ready to serve, you can either eat it as is or heat it up and top it with anything you like such as apples, nuts, berries, dried fruit, chocolate chips or cream.
