Renting our RVs in the Winter

RESERVATIONS
From Reservation to Return, RV rentals at NW Adventure Rentals are simple and easy, here’s how it works:
  1. Pick out which RV you want to rent and make sure it is available for the dates you want to use it. Take a look at our RV Rentals for Seattle to check availability. Note that There is 5-night minimum rental fee from May 15th to September 15th, and a 3-night minimum rental fee the rest of the year.
  2. If you are renting a trailer, verify your planned tow vehicle is equipped to safely tow the travel trailer. Tow-vehicle requirements are listed on the web page for each trailer.
  3. Once you are ready to make a reservation, a deposit* of 50% or $500 will reserve the RV rental in your name. This deposit is applied to your RV rental fees. The balance is due 14 days prior to your departure date. We accept all major credit cards.
  4. When you arrive to pick up your RV, we will spend time with you to make sure you know all the ins and outs of the unit you are renting. We understand this may be your first time towing a travel trailer or driving a motor home, and you may have questions. We will review proper hitching, unhitching and RV setup procedures as well as the operation of all equipment on the RV. We want you to be comfortable and able to enjoy your RV rental experience!
  5. RV rentals are fun for all and we strive to make sure your experience is hassle-free, however questions can come up. If you have any questions on the road, help is only a phone call away. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
  6. When it is time to return your RV, simply park it back in our lot, drop the keys in the key-drop and drive away. We even offer optional propane service, septic service and cleaning services. If you purchase these services ahead of time you do not need to worry about filling the propane tanks, emptying the septic tanks or cleaning the trailer after you use it.
Pick-up and Drop-off

Pick-up is at 1:00 PM and drop-off is at 11:00 AM. Our website allows customers to book a reservation online, so we generally cannot allow early pickup or late return, because we would then have to take the RV off the market for that day. If you call us the day before the booking, and it is not rented for that day, then we’ll make an exception, otherwise, we recommend you reserve it for one extra day to ensure you can pick up/drop off at the time of your choosing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. When you make a reservation, that rental unit becomes unavailable to other renters, so the amount refunded when you cancel depends on how close it is to your Departure Date. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • If your Departure Date is less than 14 days away when you cancel – you’ll forfeit the full reservation cost
  • If your Departure Date is 14-60 days away when you cancel – you’ll forfeit your reservation deposit (50% of reservation cost)
  • If your Departure Date is more than 60 days away when you cancel – you’ll only forfeit a $100 administrative fee, we’ll refund the rest.
  • Regardless of Departure Date, if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If you purchase the Free Cancellation waiver at checkout you may cancel at any time & receive a full refund.
