Bellevue Botanical Gardens

There are many interesting things to do and sights to see in Bellevue and traveling through in an RV rental is a great way to experience them all. One popular attraction is the Bellevue Botanical gardens, a 53-acre park featuring multiple gardens. These gardens include the Native Discovery Garden and the Perennial Border for those who want to learn more about plants native to the Pacific Northwest. But if you are more interested in exotic plants, you will want to spend time in the Yao Garden and Urban Meadows. And if you happen to be rolling through Bellevue in your RV rental during the holiday season, the gardens present quite a beautiful holiday light display for all to enjoy!

Bellevue Arts Museum

For those who are interested in fine arts, you can check out the Bellevue Arts Museum with its amazing exhibits. Its purpose is to promote the art and knowledge of Pacific Northwest artists, and since 2005 it has shown the work of many, including architect Louis Khan, cartoonist Simon Hanselmann, wood sculptor Humaria Abid, along with several others.

Lake Washington

If you’re ready to get some fresh air, you can check out Lake Washington which offers numerous beaches as well as a great variety of water activities such as fishing, boating and swimming. The nearby Mercer Island is also a fun place to explore, and can be accessed via a floating bridge!

However, if your idea of a nice day is staying out of the water and laying on a beach, drive your RV rental to Chism Beach Park and go lay in the sun on this quiet and secluded beach on the lake shore in Bellevue. It has great opportunities for swimmers and non swimmers, or simply laying on the beach with a good book at hand. After a fun day at the beach you can put your feet up and relax in your luxury RV rental!

The attractions inside Bellevue are fun and varying and present many good reasons for renting an RV near Bellevue. With gardens, museums, and lakes, not to mention upscale shopping and dining, Bellevue is sure to please anyone traveling through in an RV rental.

Outside Bellevue

Snoqualmie Pass

Although the attractions in Bellevue are entertaining there are also several just outside that are well worth your time. About an hour’s drive northwest from Bellevue you will reach Snoqualmie Pass, a winter sport haven in the Cascade Mountain Range. Winter sports are the main attraction here, but outdoor activities are available the whole year round. During the winter there is cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling, with all the accompanying ski lifts, rentals and a cozy lodge with restaurants. In the summer the ski trails are open for hiking, climbing, and mountain biking, and there are also hang gliding and paragliding opportunities nearby!

Snoqualmie Falls

You can also visit Snoqualmie Falls, a jaw-dropping waterfall near Snoqualmie pass, with a trail you can follow to the bottom of the falls if you are in the mood for a short, steep hike. You’ll have a beautiful view of the falls from all angles and at several points along the trail it tells you some of the history of the falls. You don’t even need to return to Bellevue to spend the night, you can sleep comfortably in your RV rental at a nearby RV park.

Carnation, WA

Just a half hour outside of Bellevue is the charming city of Carnation, WA, with tons of attractions for all interests. Check out Remlinger Farms, chock-full of fun activities for young kids and old. It has rides, corn mazes, and even some great educational opportunities. Or you might visit the Camlann Medieval Village, a place that gives an accurate view of what life was like in the 14th century. If you’re more of a hiker, however, there are plenty of trails to travel, such as the Soaring Eagle Park Trail, the Tolt MacDonald Park Trail, Duthie Hill Park, and Snoqualmie Valley. If you’re into architecture and history you can check out the Masonic Hall. These places are all reachable by an RV rental from Bellevue.

Reason to rent before buying

Buying an RV is a big step, and there are many things to consider with a purchase of this size. You will certainly find out that the right RV for one person isn’t necessarily the right RV for everyone. Renting a few different RV’s before buying one can help you find the perfect one for your family.

Your traveling style has a big impact on things. A lot of RV’s have big luxury functions that can seem like a good idea at the time, but if you’re camping in the woods, how many of those luxury functions are you going to use? Maybe you would be better off with a towable bunk model trailer, instead of a rockstar class A. Or maybe you are all about the luxury and plan to travel in style. Either way, NW Adventure Rentals has you covered!

Using an RV for the first time can be scary, but as you rent more RV’s the more your confidence and comfort with them will grow. You also need to figure out what layout is best for you, where should the bed be, how close should the kitchen be to the door, how many people do you need to sleep? Questions like these can help you figure out the best RV for your needs. When you buy an RV you usually can’t test-vacation them, but with an RV rental from NW Adventure Rentals, you can test out several different styles and features to select the right one for your family.

And when you consider the challenges of ownership, such as the monthly payments, storage and insurance, not to mention regular maintenance, you may just find that it makes more sense in the long run to rent an RV from NW Adventure Rentals.

Frequently Asked Questions

NW Adventure Rentals is the premier RV rental agency in the Seattle area for the following reasons:

  • We offer late model, luxury rental RVs that are fully (and we mean FULLY) furnished.
  • Our rental units are sparkling clean, sanitized and meticulously maintained for your rental.
  • Your RV rental will not have advertising graphics all over it, you’re renting an RV, not a billboard!
  • We have skin in the game – unlike a private individual with one RV on one of those RV rental websites, we won’t change our mind and leave you stranded. We’ll make sure your rental vacation goes off without a hitch (unless you’re renting a trailer, then we’ll include the hitch!)

Our rental units come with the following equipment:

  • Cookware – pots and pans, cookie sheet, knife set, French press coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle
  • Kitchenware – utensils, dishes, measuring cups, cutting board, wine-bottle opener, oven mitts
  • Bedding, kitchen and bath towels, dish soap & sponge, Lysol & paper towels, broom & dust pan
  • Wheel chocks, sewer hose, fresh water hose, pressure regulator, electrical adapter
  • It’s all included, we did our best to think of everything you might need for your RV Rental adventure!

Absolutely! We wouldn’t want to leave Fido home, and neither should you. We only ask that your pet treat the RV with care, and that you take responsibility for any damage or cleanliness issues that may arise. But this is rarely a problem, and dogs love an RV rental adventure almost as much as you do.

At NW Adventure Rentals, the answer is… Great!! Did you know that most of our fleet is privately owned? Through our Leaseback Program, we will rent out your RV and share the rental revenue with you, the owner. We provide free storage, we’ll furnish the RV and insure it (our insurance covers you as well) and we’ll manage all maintenance needs. You get to use the RV whenever you want, and when you’re not using it, you’ll be earning money! Visit our Leaseback Section to learn more.

RV rentals and Travel Trailer rentals each have their distinct advantages. Renting an RV instead of a travel trailer is generally more maneuverable, and also does not require you to own a tow vehicle. You can pull into a rest area and use the kitchen or restroom without going outside, and kids can sit at the table with seatbelts and be entertained while you are driving. A travel trailer rental, on the other hand, offers the ability to park the trailer at your campsite and use the tow vehicle to get around more easily than a sometimes cumbersome RV.

Your RV Rental needs will vary depending on how many people you are bringing, and where you plan to go. If there are two people who plan to go skiing in the mountains, you might consider one of our smaller, all-wheel-drive campervan rentals. On the other hand, a long road-trip with four kids might call for renting a Class A motorhome with plenty of space. Remember, dinnertime and bedtime are when your RV rental will feel most crowded, and however large the motorhome feels when you pick it up, it is bound to shrink once everyone is milling about inside.

Many of our RV Rental customers fly to Seattle from out of state. You can fly to Seattle Tacoma International Airport, or better yet, see if you can get a flight to Paine Field in Everett, WA, a smaller, less crowded airport that is closer to our RV rental store.

Either way, the best solution for most people is to use Uber or Lyft to get to our RV Rental facility from the airport. Your motorhome rental will be eagerly waiting for you!
