How much will I earn in the RV Rental Management program?

Your Rental Earnings will depend on the type and size of your RV, and on how much you personally use it. In most cases, our RV owners have been earning 2-3 times their annual payments each year.

Will I have to pay for storage?

No, we will store your RV for free! We have retail locations in Seattle and Portland. We will store your RV on our RV Rental lot along with the rest of the rental fleet. Our lot is monitored and your RV insured while it is waiting to be rented. See our locations here.

What if a rental customer damages my RV?

In the event your RV is damaged, we contract with quality local repair facilities to ensure it is repaired to like-new condition. Repair costs are covered by RV rental insurance, and the customer pays the deductible.

How does insurance work?

Your RV will be fully insured with a $1M insurance policy that covers comprehensive, collision and liability. We will provide you with a copy of the binder that you may provide to your lienholder. You will not need to carry a separate policy

How is maintenance handled?

We have a rental fleet manager, fleet maintenance software, and RV mechanics on staff to help make sure your RV is well taken care of. We are diligent about staying on top of roof maintenance, caulking, and all the other things that many RV owners neglect. We even take care of winterizing it for you! Your RV will be in good hands!
