We rented a Jayco Precept 34G for a week-long family getaway in North Cascades, and our host, Julie, truly exceeded our expectations in ensuring a perfect experience. She graciously allowed us to pick up the RV a day before our scheduled rental start date and return it at our convenience on the drop-off day. Initially, we had reserved a 32ft RV, but it had sustained minor damage from a previous trip. Julie generously offered us a free upgrade, and we decided to take her up on the offer. This turned out to be an excellent choice. The RV was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had no mechanical issues. While we did encounter a couple of minor electrical glitches during our trip, we promptly communicated these issues to Julie upon our return. Overall, this was an incredibly stress-free trip, and we would wholeheartedly choose to rent from Julie again in the future. Highly recommended.

Hands down best rental company I have ever used. I’m always willing to support a company that puts honesty and integrity as the pillar of their company. During the height of camping season we rented a camper. We had some minor set backs with a generator and we caused some damage. We were charge accordingly (I was shocked.) The owner was fair!!! I felt terrible that we damaged a table. There’s so much I could say about how wonderful the staff were. Kind, prompt, understanding, respectful are just a few key words. Note and warning to all!!! Please do your due diligence of checking your trailer connections beforehand. I did not, I pull my dump trailer for work all the time and thought it would be fine. NO, my connection had a slight bend in one which works fine for my dump trailer but not for one that was not damaged. The owner went out of his way to make it so our annual trip would go off without a mistake I made. Please check your connections beforehand!!!!! We will definitely be using this wonderful company again.

Flew in to Seattle for a 5 day rental. The RV was clean, stocked with enough living necessities that we only had to food shop to get going. The staff is great, they stick to appointments, so in and out is very quick and organized. Great experience!

We had an exceptional experience renting our RV from NW Adventure Rentals. The RV itself was high quality and completely up to standards, but the service was really excellent. Due to some issues with our ESTA’s our family was denied entry into the US and we had to wait 36h for approval. Despite arriving on a Sunday, Julie, one of the employees at RV Adventure Rentals, was willing to help is out after opening hours and during her free time. Thanks to Julie, we were able to catch up quickly with our itinerary. Highly recommended!

I have interacted with this company both as a renter and as a lease-back partner. Renting was a great oppurtinity for me to learn about RVs and get started camping with zero knowledge. Later, I bought my own RV, and I was able to communicate with them to ask various questions about things to look out for during the purchase process. During out lease-back partnership, I was able to transition slowly into ownership while letting them handle details about maitanence, storage, and insurance. I'm really happy with the experiences!

This was our first time renting from NW Adventure Rentals and we plan to rent again. Jason quickly responded to all my questions ahead of time and the unit was ready when we arrived. The water tanks were full and the refrigerator was cold. There was an issue with the batteries but they swapped them out and we had no problems with them during our trip (where we didn't have hook ups so it was awesome to have enough battery power). The unit was well stocked and had plenty of room for 5 adults (we rented the Lance 2185 trailer). We had a problem with the stove but luckily it wasn't until our last night so no impact to our trip and we informed them when we returned the unit. Drop off was also quick and easy.

Jason made the rental process quick and easy! Will definitely use them again. Nice clean class C that got us to our bike race in Tamarack, Idaho and back with some comforts of home. Great Service!

Some friends of mine wanted to hike the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and had reserved a few spaces at a local camp ground in Arizona. Not wanting to sleep on the ground, I searched and found the perfect RV to rent for this trip at NW Adventure Rentals. The process was easy, the people were a joy to work with and the RV we selected fit my needs of carrying both me and my pup down and back for this trip. When we arrived at the campground, a couple of my buddies saw the extra beds and thought it looked like a much better alternative for them also. We all had a Great time and renting the RV for this trip was one of the reasons why. I will definitely remember NW Adventure Rentals and their selection of RVs for our next adventure.
